Анотація

Розроблено фінансово-організаційний механізм мотивації підвищення кваліфікаційного рівня, що дасть змогу відшкодувати витрати, пов’язані з авансуванням науково-педагогічним працівникам, які на посадах доцента або професора у дворічний термін не отримали відповідного вченого звання. Визначено, що цей механізм сприятиме підвищенню ефективності використання фінансового ресурсу ЗВО
III–IV рівня акредитації.
