Досліджено проблеми використання технологій дистанційного навчання у ЗВО.Розглянуто практику їх використання при підготовці магістрів з обліку на масових відкритих онлайн-курсахта у ЗВО США. Визначено ключові характеристики магістерських онлайн-програм з бухгалтерського обліку у США. Розкрито передумови використання технологій дистанційного навчання при підготовці магістрів з обліку та оподаткування в Україні.
