Досліджено сучасні тенденції реалізації промислової політики на інноваційних засадах та формування високотехнологічної індустрії Китаю. Проаналізовано програми державної допомоги на розробки та інновації, механізми надання преференцій сертифікованим високотехнологічним підприємствам, виробникам "вітчизняних товарів" у публічних закупівлях, підтримки китайського виробника в умовах пандемії COVID 19. Обґрунтовано передумови розвитку ендогенних інноваційних продуктів та становлення національних "технологічних чемпіонів", показана роль держави у цьому процесі.
