Examination of herbal teas with hips marking

Abstract

The article researches completeness of consumers’ awareness about herbal teas with hips of different trade marks. To conduct the assessment of marking 5-grade scale has been developed. There has been determined that producers don’t completely follow the requirements of the National Standard of Ukraine 4518:2008 “Food products. Marking for consumers”. The level of information is not sufficient for consumers.
