Scope
Ius Modernum is devoted to the publication of original research across a wide range of legal fields. Its particular areas of interest include the legal regulation of economic activity and trade at the domestic and international levels, as well as international, administrative, financial, commercial, and private law. The journal also welcomes contributions addressing legislative theory and development, law enforcement practice, and judicial procedure.
Program goals or thematic focus: the coverage of the results of theoretical and practical scientific research on the problems of law.

Registration and Academic Status
The journal is included in the Register of Print Media Entities by decision of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting No. 798 of 31 August 2023 and has been assigned the identifier R30-01230. Amendments to the Register were made in connection with the change of the print media title by decision No. 383 of 5 February 2026.
The journal is registered as a print media outlet in Ukraine under State Registration Certificate КВ № 25165-15105 PR, dated 27 June 2022, and is included in the Register of Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine. The publisher is registered in the field of publishing under Certificate № DC 7656, dated 5 September 2022.
The journal has been included in the official list of academic periodicals recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the field of law.
For the period until 31 May 2026, the journal has been assigned Category B status in Law, pursuant to Order No. 409 (Appendix 1, No. 137) of 17 March 2020.
