Use of ebony in elder’s technologies

Abstract

Possibilities of ebony use in technologies of elders are researched in the articles. It is offered to use this raw material in sweet dishes with partial or full replacement of sugar with fructose. There have been developed the technology and receipts of elders with use of fresh ebony and its powder, which will favor the widening of the assortment of prophylactic products.
