Consumer preferences of foodstuffs for sportsmen

Abstract

There have been carried out research and the analysis of consumer preferences in the field of sports foodstuffs. There has been determined the typical profile of a regular consumer of foodstuffs for sportsmen. On the basis of the obtained data analysis there have been developed new types of foodstuffs of protein-carbohydrate direction for sportsmen.
