Introduction. The population of Ukraine often complains of fatigue, which leads to a decrease in the working capacity of people. Stressful situations are usually caused by the high pace of life of citizens, technological progress, inactivity, long-term work at the computer and bad habits (smoking, alcohol). Currently, the military actions in our country, the energy crisis, other unpredictable factors of influence due to the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation significantly aggravate the mentioned problem.
Problem. The duration of active physical capacity may be unexpectedly short due to fatigue, which quickly sets in and accumulates and transforms into chronic fatigue, which leads to a decrease in physical capacity. Therefore, the issue of classification of drugs that are used to increase it and research of the assortment of drugs for stimulation of physical performance, presented on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, is an urgent issue.
The aim of the work is to analyze the assortment of medicines on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine to increase the physical capacity of the population.Methods. For the analysis of evidentiary information, work methods were used, such as systematic review and sociological (on the basis of an anonymous questionnaire of pharmaceutical workers, the frequency of dispensing drugs to increase physical performance was determined).Results. On the basis of an anonymous survey of pharmaceutical workers regarding the frequency of dispensing drugs to increase physical performance, we recorded the means that are most often used to treat this condition.Taking into account the fact that Ukraine uses the universally accepted ATS- classifycation, the ATS-code and the group of drugs for stimulating physical performance correspondding to the ATS-classification were determined, and the classification of drugs used to increase physical performance was analyzed.Conclusions. An analysis of the assortment of means for increasing physical performance on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine over the past two years showed that the selected means are represented by 44 trade names based on 13 international names.A sufficient assortment of drugs for increasing physical performance provides patients and doctors with wide opportunities in choosing adequate pharmacological correction of diseases and optimizing the individual choice of drugs.
