Amino acid content of gerodietetic product for enteral nutrition

Abstract

The amino acid content of the developed gerodietetic product for enteral nutrition is researched in the article. The assessment of essential amino acids according FAO/WHO scale was provided. Also, the products protein component’s biological value using amino acid score difference factor (AASDF) was calculated.
