Bioenergetic and economic efficiency of growing and storing of the carrots
Abstract
The alimentary-commodity evaluation of the most widespread in Ukraine and the most perspective foreign kinds and hybrids of carrots has been offered. The best of them which have high productivity and keeping quality properties are determined. The reasonability of their production and keeping has been approved by bioenergetic and economic efficiency, which must be taken into consideration when the volumes of their procurement and the durability of keeping for year-round provision of the population of the industrial centres of Ukraine with carrots are calculated.
